jata ace reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any time using the information provided during registration and, where necessary, through third-party verification services. Failure to pass verification checks, or providing false or misleading information during registration, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests.
Zero Tolerance for Underage Gambling: jata ace operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately without notice, all funds (including deposited amounts) will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services.
All players must be adults aged 18 years or older. Age verification may be required before any withdrawal is processed. Providing false age information is a serious violation of these Terms.
Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Player
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the jata ace Platform at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. If jata ace identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or pending bonuses across those accounts may be forfeited. Accurate Registration Information
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. You must not register using false, fictitious, or misleading information. jata ace will use the information provided at registration for identity verification, payment processing, and communication purposes. It is your responsibility to keep your registration details up to date. Significant inaccuracies discovered during a verification check may result in account suspension.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jata ace login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other individual to access your Account. jata ace will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the jata ace support team immediately via live chat.
Account Verification (KYC)
jata ace operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that may be triggered at any point during your use of the Platform. Verification may be required prior to processing your first withdrawal, following a significant change in your deposit or withdrawal patterns, or as a routine compliance check. Transaction Accuracy

If you identify a transaction error, you must contact the support team immediately; errors reported more than 48 hours after the transaction timestamp may not be recoverable.

General Bonus Rules
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits awarded on the jata ace Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus rules. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence solely for that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that remain at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without further notice.
Welcome Bonus
The jata ace welcome bonus is available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit. Each Player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus only once. The bonus is credited automatically upon completion of a qualifying first deposit that meets the minimum deposit threshold stated in the current welcome bonus promotion terms. Accounts found to have claimed the welcome bonus multiple times through multiple registrations will have all associated accounts closed and bonuses forfeited.
Bonus Wagering
Wagers placed with bonus funds contribute toward the wagering requirement at rates that vary by game type. As a general guideline: slots and crash games typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette) typically contribute at a reduced rate; and certain game categories may contribute 0%. The exact contribution rates for each active promotion are specified in that promotion's individual terms. Sports betting wagers placed with bonus funds count toward the wagering requirement only when the qualifying bet has been settled.
Promotional Integrity
jata ace reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has engaged in promotional abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using bonus funds in a way designed to exploit bonus terms rather than for genuine entertainment; coordinating with other Players to cycle funds through bonus requirements in a manner inconsistent with normal play; or employing betting strategies specifically designed to reduce the risk of bonus wagering requirements to near zero.
Seasonal Promotions: jata ace runs enhanced promotional offers around key events in the Bangladesh calendar, including BPL season, T20 World Cup tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Gameplay & Betting Rules

Casino Games
All casino games available on jata ace — including video slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and RNG card games — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules, paytable, and Return to Player (RTP) percentage as set by the original game developer. jata ace does not modify the RTP or house edge of any game from the values published by the respective provider.
In the event of a technical malfunction or connectivity failure during a game round, jata ace will endeavour to resolve the issue and complete the round using the recorded game state at the point of interruption. If a game round cannot be completed, the wager placed on that round will be returned to the Player's account in full as a void bet. jata ace's decision regarding the resolution of technical malfunction disputes is final, subject to the escalation procedure described in these Terms.
Sports Betting
Sports betting markets on jata ace — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are offered on a pre-match and live in-play basis. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked for that wager. jata ace reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were demonstrably incorrect due to a pricing error, and will return the staked amount to the Player's account in full in such circumstances.
Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at jata ace's discretion, including during key moments of a match (such as review periods, injury time, or umpire consultations). Bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected and no funds will be deducted. Cricket betting markets follow standard international cricket betting rules; in the event of a match being abandoned, reduced by weather interruption, or affected by a DLS calculation, specific settlement rules will be applied as published in the cricket betting rules section of the Platform.
Bet Settlement
jata ace aims to settle all sports bets as promptly as possible following the conclusion of the relevant event. In cases where the result is disputed, under official review, or subject to a post-match change (such as a score correction or match dis qualification), jata ace reserves the right to delay settlement until the official result is confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, or equivalent). Provisional settlements may be reversed if the official result differs from the initial outcome used for settlement.
Prohibited Conduct
Actions and behaviours that are strictly forbidden on the jata ace platform and may result in immediate account suspension.
Players are expected to use the jata ace Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate investigation, account suspension, and potentially permanent closure along with forfeiture of balances:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or customer support interaction.
- Money Laundering: Using the jata ace Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or attempting to use the Platform as a mechanism to obscure the origin of funds.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker-format games or coordinated arbitrage betting across accounts.
- Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploiting bonus terms through pattern betting, or any activity jata ace reasonably determines constitutes systematic bonus exploitation rather than genuine recreational play.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any software designed to simulate or replace human interaction with the Platform without explicit written authorisation from jata ace.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute for a deposit made to jata ace without first contacting the support team to resolve the issue through the standard dispute resolution process.
- Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, security systems, or game algorithms in any way.
- Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 18, or registering on behalf of a minor.
jata ace employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, jata ace reserves the right to: suspend or permanently close the Account; withhold and forfeit all Account balances including both real-money funds and bonus funds; recover any winnings generated as a result of the prohibited conduct; and report the matter to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities where legally required.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy: jata ace operates a strict Anti-Money Laundering policy in accordance with internationally recognised AML standards. All large transactions and unusual account activity patterns are subject to review. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation as part of an AML check. Refusal to cooperate with an AML review will result in account suspension and may trigger a mandatory report to relevant authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure
Conditions under which jata ace may suspend or close a Player account, and the process for voluntary account closure.
jata ace-Initiated Suspension
jata ace reserves the right to suspend any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, an ongoing fraud investigation, an unresolved KYC verification issue, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. During a suspension period, the Player will not be able to log in, deposit, place wagers, or request withdrawals. jata ace will communicate the reason for suspension to the Player via their registered email address as soon as it is reasonably practicable to do so, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.
jata ace-Initiated Permanent Closure
Following an investigation, jata ace may permanently close an Account where a serious breach of these Terms has been confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or the use of automated tools, any real-money balance and bonus funds in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited in full. jata ace will provide written notice of a permanent closure decision to the Player's registered email address, including a summary of the grounds for closure where disclosure is not restricted.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may close their jata ace Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closing your Account, any remaining real-money balance must be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. If you are closing your Account for responsible gaming reasons, jata ace strongly recommends using the self-exclusion tool instead of a standard account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards against re-registration.
Dormant Accounts
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. jata ace will notify the Account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee, where applicable, will be deducted from any remaining Account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player logging in. Details of the current dormancy fee schedule are available from the support team.

Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability
jata ace makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available and fully operational at all times. However, jata ace does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses, missed betting opportunities, or other consequences arising from Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or circumstances beyond jata ace's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
Game and Betting Outcomes
All game outcomes on jata ace are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, by the physical outcome of the game as dealt or spun by the live dealer. jata ace does not influence game outcomes. Gambling involves risk, and it is understood by all Players that losses are a normal and foreseeable consequence of participation. jata ace accepts no liability for any financial loss incurred by a Player as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
Third-Party Services
The jata ace Platform relies on third-party services including game content providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others), payment processing partners (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking partners), and technical infrastructure providers. jata ace is not liable for failures, errors, or delays attributable to these third-party services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jata ace's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, including contract, tort, negligence, or statutory liability.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a Player and jata ace regarding the outcome of a game, the settlement of a bet, a transaction, or the application of a bonus, the Player should contact the jata ace support team via live chat in the first instance. The support team will acknowledge the dispute and provide an initial response within 48 hours. If the dispute cannot be resolved at the first-line support level, it will be escalated to the jata ace compliance team for a formal review. jata ace's decision following a formal compliance review is final and binding, subject to any rights the Player may have under applicable law.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described above may be referred to the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. Players who have concerns about the Platform's conduct are encouraged to contact the jata ace support team before pursuing any external legal remedy.
Amendments to These Terms: jata ace reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
